Validators must consider the following network parameters that affect their staking and reward outcomes:

· Initial Supply: 240,000,000 GEE

· Max Supply: 720,000,000 GEE

· Consumption Rates:

- Min Consumption Rate = 10% of reward percent denominator (calculated as 0.10 × Percent Denominator)

- Max Consumption Rate = 12% of reward percent denominator

· Minting Period: Set to one year

· Staking Constraints:

- Min Validator Stake: 2,000 GEE

- Max Validator Stake: 3,000,000 GEE

- Staking Duration: Between 2 weeks and 1 year

Delegation Fee: Minimum 2% (MinDelegationFee = 20,000, or 2% when multiplied by Percent Denominator)
